We appreciate very much the speed and efficiency with which the work was accomplished, and it all appears wonderful. We're looking forward to the increased comfort in the basement and upstairs, an also savings on our energy costs.
Kitty tells me that you went above and beyond the specifications of the proposal, and insulated an additional flue and also the back of the basement stairway. This was both kind and generous. Our dealings with you and your company have been entirely positive. Beginning in January, when you came and donated your services in performing an energy audit, and now with the completed remediation. We have appreciated your help very much and will be pleased to recommend your services to anyone.
Thank You,

We can never thank you enough for the energy audit you performed on our manufactured home. We thought our energy loss was coming from leaking windows and ducts, we had no idea the extent of the problems with the home until you arrived. You found numerous areas of air infiltrations and inadequate insulation that we would have never been aware of if it wasn't for the audit. Not only have you performed an audit that was 100% accurate, but you have stuck by us while dealing with the manufacturer, and now while we have been involving the appropriate state agencies. We would recommend anyone with a manufactured home to have an energy audit. We thought that because the home had a HUD data plate that there couldnt be deficiencies, but there were many, and you have saved us thousands of dollars in expenses down the road by finding these problems while we are still under warranty. We are so impressed with your quick and personal service that we will be calling on you again for another audit after the repairs are made to our home. Thank you John!

I moved into a new house during a spell of particularly cold winter weather. The oil bills were sky-high despite the fact that the thermostat was set to a temperature of 55 to 57 degrees at the times I was at home. I called MHP to arrange an energy audit, and John and Rich came over within two days at a time that was convenient to me. They were equipped with some high-tech items such as an infrared sensor and a high-wind simulator to detect air leaks, but they also clearly knew what it was they were looking for and over the course of about two hours they pointed out numerous sources of energy loss, many of which I would be able to repair myself at low cost. They thoroughly examined the living spaces of my 1950s ranch style house, the attic, the basement, the roof, and immediate environmental factors such as large bushes and trees in close proximity to the house. Throughout their visit they were friendly, courteous, and very forthcoming with information and answers to my questions. After they had gone over the entire premises with a fine-toothed comb, they presented me with a detailed list of suggested improvements and repairs. This list was prioritized to reflect the order in which the improvements should be carried out; importantly, it indicated which repairs would result in the largest boost in efficiency relative to cost - that is, the ones that would give me the biggest bang for the buck. It also made clear which repairs could be carried out by me, requiring no particular skills and costing no more than a tube of caulk.
